Follow 4 Pillar (Multi-vitamin tablets – Daily 2 – Morning 8:30 am and Evening 7:30 pm)
Only Liquid / Soups can be taken UNLIMITED – ANY TIME (Excluding 4 liter of pillar diet)
Intake Daily FAT 70-100 grams through Water / Black Tea / Green TEA Directly or Soups Indirect
Intake 3 Lemons through Water / Soups / Black Tea / Green TEA / 2 Spoon Butter Milk with 2 litre water

Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Liquid diet chart (daily limit)

  • 1st Day – First Check your weight and Note it down anywhere
  • Morning 6:30 am drink – 1 Glass or ½ liter warm water or Normal water with 1 Lemon
  • Morning 7:30 am drink - 10 grams of FAT i.e liquid butter / coconut oil / liquid ghee with Bullet proof coffee / Black Tea / Green Tea (without any Sweetness)
  • Morning 8:30 am – 1 Multi-Vitamin Tablet with ½ liter water
  • Morning 9:30 am – 10 grams of FAT i.e liquid butter / coconut oil / liquid ghee with Bullet proof coffee / Black Tea / Green Tea (without any Sweetness) OR NON-VEG SOUP
  • Afternoon 10:30 am – VRK-Butter Milk (Processed Salt for taste), add Jeera powder, coriander leaves juice
  • Afternoon 12:00 pm – 10 grams of FAT i.e liquid butter / coconut oil / liquid ghee with Bullet proof coffee / Black Tea / Green Tea (without any Sweetness) OR NON-VEG SOUP
  • Evening 1:30 pm – 1 Glass Kinley SODA (No Salt and Sugar)
  • Evening 2:30 pm - 10 grams of FAT i.e liquid butter / coconut oil / liquid ghee with Bullet proof coffee / Black Tea / Green Tea (without any Sweetness)
  • Evening 3:30 pm – 10 grams of FAT i.e liquid butter / coconut oil / liquid ghee with Bullet proof coffee / Black Tea / Green Tea (without any Sweetness) OR NON-VEG SOUP
  • Evening 4:30 pm - 10 grams of FAT i.e liquid butter / coconut oil / liquid ghee with Bullet proof coffee / Black Tea / Green Tea (without any Sweetness)
  • Evening 6:30 pm - 10 grams of FAT i.e liquid butter / coconut oil / liquid ghee with Bullet proof coffee / Black Tea / Green Tea (without any Sweetness)
  • Evening 7:30 pm - 1 Multi-vitamin Tablet with ½ liter water

Veeramachaneni diet chart Rules:
1. Water added in Soups is additional to 4 Liter water (No count), but SODA, 3 Lemons strictly counted
2. Don’t take SALT direct (No iodized Salt), intake indirectly through Soups by processing (boiled in a water)
3. Don’t Eat Solid Food (which is chewable) during this Diet Plan
4. Strictly 4 Pillars should be followed by measuring quantity in grams and Numbers
5. No Time restrictions for drinking Soups – Its Unlimited by following 4 Pillars

Processed Salt: Take required quantity of salt in water and boil it and add it in butter milk
