Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Basic 4 Pillars Diet Plan to follow need to understand program Rules and Procedure for better results.

Basically under four pillars diet plan major program is First Pillar runs or consuming FATs directly or indirectly. If this pillar is successfully followed through veeramachaneni liquid diet plan, One Meal, Two meal programs can get better results to cure Thyroid, Reverse diabetes, psoriasis and obesity.

Veeramachaneni Basic 4 Pillars PLAN:

1st Pillar: ONE Multi-vitamin Tablet Daily (2 Meal Plan) and (2 for Liquid Plan)
2nd Pillar: 3 Lemons (Mandatory) daily in Water or with VRK-Butter MILK
3rd Pillar: 4 Litre water (Mandatory) stored in Copper bottle (If available)
4th Pillar: 70-100 grams - NO EXTRA (Oil Coconut Oil / Olive Oil / Ghee / Butter / Cheese / Cream on CURD / Venna Poosa (Brands: Amul / Vijaya)

Veramachaneni Ramakrishna diet chart Per Day Limit Allowed items:
  • 1 Onion (Small-2, Big-1), 1 Carrot, 1 Tomato – Per day
  • Use Home Made Garlic and Ginger paste
  • 1 Glass SODA without SALT
  • Salt: Only Sea Salt (ROCK SALT) / Samudrauppu – (Process Salt for Direct in-take i.e for Butter milk)
  • Juices: 3 Lemons (mandatory),
  • Vegetables: All types of Vegetables (Except VRK Restricted ITEMs)
  • Protein Food: Replace 100 grams Panneer or Mushroom in place of NON-VEG items (If you’re Vegetarian)
  • NUTs:
  • Badam Soak in Night and Eat morning by removing skin (Almond) 0-10 (Not extra),
  • Pista - 0-10 (Not extra),
  • Wallnuts (Acrot) – 0-12 (Not extra)
  • Gummadi ginjalu: 5 Spoons
  • Poddu tirugudu ginjalu – Fry in Ghee and Eat upto 5 spoons

Spice Ingredients for :  Sea Salt or Rock Salt or Crystal Salt, Mirchi, Turmeric, Avaalu, Jilakarra, Endu-Mirchi, Curry-Leaves, (No Changa-pappu, Mina-Pappu)
Ingredients for Fries: Aavalu, Jilakarra, Endu mirchi, Allam/Velluli, Inguva, Curry leaves
Nuvvulu (White) + Avisalu: Add equal quantity and FRY in GHEE and make powder in mixy – Take daily 5 Spoons - Half Shell Coconut (Muduru / Dried) by means of powder or direct

Potato, Sweet Potato, Kanda / Pendalam, Chilaka dumpaa, Cheyma Dumpa, Beetroot, Aritikaya, Beans/Batani (Green), Chikkudu, Coconut Water, Letha Kobbari, MILK, CURD, RICE, Sugar/Honey/Jiggery/Sweetness/Cool Drinks, NO SALT,  No Liquor, Dhanyalu, Corn, Jonnalu, Sajjalu, Pesaalu, Minapa-pappu, Ulavalu, Wheat (Wheat made foods), CORN (Corn made foods), No Flours (Wheat, Corn, Besan), NO FRUITS, NO TAMARIND, NO AJINAMOTTO, NO-COLORs, NO-Hotel Foods (allowed without colours),

Non-Vegetarian Foods to be avoided during DIET PLAN: NO AJINAMOTTO, NO-COLORs, NO-Hotel Foods (Allowed without colours), Ice creams, Cakes, Pastries, 

Non-Vegetarian Foods allowed: (Mutton, Chicken, Prawns, and Fish)
  • 0 – 6 Eggs (Boiled or Omelette)
  • All types of Non-Veg (250 grams daily - Girls) - (300 grams daily - Boys)
  • Marinated Non-Veg Food: (Salt, Mirchi, Turmeric, Lemon, Garlic-Ginger, Home-made Garam masala
  • Chicken Tandoori: Home-made, Tikka, Kabab, Grilled Chicken (without color/Azinamoto)
  • Bones Soup (only water – NO PULP)
Drinks to be avoided during DIET PLAN: Alcohol, Cool Drinks, Highly Chilled Water,

Important Suggestions:
Strictly NO Refined OILs - Intake INDIRECT suggested VRK FAT (Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Ghee or Butter) daily or alternate day for Preparation of FOOD / CURRY take care to use less Oil to avoid wastage while fry or serving in bowl (Use as less as required – Remaining take Direct)
Take DIRECT suggested VRK FAT (Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Ghee or Butter) daily with TEA / Water
Intake 3 Lemons Direct through, TEA / Water / 2 Spoon Butter milk
