Basic rules to follow during diet program

Rule 1: Eat only when hunger does not eat for pleasure.
Rule 2: Eat only until your stomach is full and hunger is satisfied. Save and eat later
Rule 3: Do not eat more until you're hungry.
Rule 4: Do not follow the established schedule to eat as breakfast / lunch / dinner / snack, etc. Eat when you are hungry. Some people did not eat until 44 days taking only special soups.

4 pillars of Veeramachaneni diet plan

  • Consume 70 grams - 100 grams of direct fat (coconut oil). No ml / cup / spoon. See the substitutes if you do not like coconut oil like Butter, Olive Oil, Ghee.
  • Measure units exactly it and take it or mix it in soups indirectly or directly adding in Black Coffee, Warm/Noraml water, Bullet-Proof Coffee, Green Tea. Simply you can measure VRK FATs with Spoon. This is in addition to the fat you use for cooking.
  • Consume 4 liters or more of water.
  • Consume 3 Lemons of juice.
  • Take a multivitamin tablet.

Important note: You must consume all Four pillars every day during this diet program.
Along with these four, you can eat any combination of foods from the list allowed in any form (cooked, steamed, sautéed, grilled, fried or raw)

Coconut oil Alternatives and FAT substitutes
Try to take coconut oil direct as much as you can as said above. If you experience a choking sensation, try taking 20 grams at a time, but do a test before considering other options. Do not drink large quantities at a time. You may have diarrhea due to increased production of bile.

Convince yourself that coconut oil is a medicine. Not all medications are covered in sugar like cough syrups. If you still can not, then here are some alternative fats for your daily need.

List of FAT Alternatives: Cow ghee, Olive oil, Butter without salt (Amul, Vijaya), Perugu Meegada (top layer of Indian Dahi / Yogurt fat)

Allowed Foods during programme: Suggested FATs (Coconut oil, Cow ghee, Olive oil, Unsalted Butter, Cheese, Top layer Curd) Cheese

Vegetarian: All green leaves such as Paalak (spinach), Tothakura (Amaranth), Methi (fenugreek leaves) Mullangi (daikon mooli / Radish) All pumpkins such as Aanapakaya, Beerakaya, Boodida Gummadikaya, Kakarakaya, Gummadikaya. (Bottle, Crest, Ash, Pumpkin, Pumpkin) Bhindi (Okra), Cauliflower, Eggplant, Cabbage, Capsicum, Cucumber, Keera, Broccoli, Mushrooms All vegetables, except those listed as not allowed. Oversion, Tomato, Carrot (1 great every day)
Paneer (Indian ricotta) up to 100 g per day

Non-Veg: Whole eggs (including white and yellow) (maximum of 6 eggs per day), All types of Meat

Limited quantities of Other Foods:
  • Mature / Ripe coconut (max half shell)
  • Tella Nuvvulu (white sesame seeds)
  • Avisin Ginjalu (Flaxseed)
  • Nuts (a maximum of 10 is preferred per day, soaked during the night).
  • Almonds (maximum 10 per day.
  • Pistachios (max 10 per day.
  • Sunflower seeds (maximum 6 teaspoons per day.)
  • Watermelon seeds (maximum 6 teaspoons per day).
  • Pumpkin seeds (maximum 6 teaspoons per day.)

The seeds and nuts can be taken all together. You can hypothetically eat up to 10 almonds + 10 nuts + 6 teaspoons of sunflower seeds + 6 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds. Do it alone if you need a lot of energy. Otherwise use your judgment. Nuts and seeds are optional.

  • Grains / Flours: Rice (Brown/White), Wheat, Quinoa, Jonnalu, Sajjalu, Raagulu, Korralu (All Millets like Sorghum, Pearl, Finger, Copper, Foxtail etc.), Corn, Pulses
  • Liquid Foods: Coconut Water, Tea with Milk and/or Sugar, Coffee Milk and/or Sugar, Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, Fruit Juices, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, All Alcoholic drinks
  • Dairy products: Milk, Buttermilk, Curd (Yogurt),
  • Condiments/Spices: Chintapandu/Emli (Tamarind), Sugar or Artificial Sweetners, Honey, Jaggery/Guddh,
  • Salts types of Iodized Salts like (Himalayan Rock Salt etc. except Sea Salt)
  • Food Colours: Tasting Salt (MSG/Ajinomoto/Mono Sodium Glutamate) 
  • Timepass Foods or Habitual Foods: Tobacco (all forms including Gutkha, Cigarette, Tambaku etc.),Vakkapodi (Beetle nut, Paan), 
  • NO alcohol and Outside Food
We need to eat out once in a while. Let's accept it The general idea here is to avoid eating something that has ingredients on the list that is not allowed. Make sure there are no dyes, MSG and cashew paste, etc. Preferably if you can also avoid the onion / tomato puree, then it's good. Even better to ask if the chef can prepare the dish with butter.

How to follow diet while in Traveling?
Tavel is a rare situation where something nobody cannot control. Especially if you are in a travel job. Try to avoid traveling during the first 3 days of the start of the program for many reasons that I will cover later.
